Our Team
In every front-facing aspect of our project, whether it be presentations to stakeholders or deliverables describing aspects of the product, there was a concentrated and deeply successful effort in acting as a cohesive unit. Work was carefully and equally distributed every step of the way, largely according to team roles. We found that we functioned most effectively when these roles were more strongly considered. There was undeniably some overlap (again, we worked as a fairly unified group), but for the most part, each role and the responsibilities of that role were mostly adopted by the people assigned those roles. Thus, the profiles below are less about exactly what each member did, and more about how they approached their work (as well as how that approach contributed to the team).
